My name is Neha Phookan and I stay in Guwahati, Assam. I am a student who is exposed to the constantly tempting world of unhealthy food. I didn’t eat healthy and was constantly eating food available on the roadside. I met Dr. Ruchi through my aunt and I was able to talk to her openly about the issues I was facing with regard to availability of good and healthy food and connecting it with my hectic class schedule. Dr. Ruchi had sessions with me as well as my mother where she talked about the importance of good and nutritious diet. Her recipes were a big hit with my entire family who started following them strictly and were able to notice the change in their physical wellness after just 2 months. I am still a busy student, but I have become very conscientious of what I put inside my body now.
